is a cute little guy,
his name is "Pixel".
Just goes to show you
that this internet stuff can be
a little interesting once
in a while. It doesn't have to be all
about business!
1/5/04—This
year will bring many changes to my life and
my family. My wife and
I will both "celebrate" turning 50 this
year. But what amazes
me is that we will also celebrate being
married for 30 good years.
I feel as though we are just now
beginning to know each
other. To know her and to be known
by her is such a tremendous
gift from God. —DEK

every human being I know is deep
longing to intimately
know God. We were made for
Him. Yet we seem to suppress
this soul-deep hunger
anticipating that if we feed
it we will be dissappointed.
That somehow He won't
be there. What if —we found
Him there and He satisfied
us deeper than we ever
thought imaginable!—DEK

child who knows his parents are in charge feels
secure and loved. A man
who knows that his God is
sovereign can rest in
His love and feel secure and
steps through his day
